Hi Awesome contirbutors,
How has everyone been? Thanks for your patience, it's really appreciated. Here's a quick update
So, it's been an interesting bunch of weeks for us here at AirBolt. As we approach the remaining four months before our target ship date, we are now slowly moving away from hardware based changes and shifting our focus on software. However, as our focus begins to shift looking forward, the last 1.5 months have indeed still been primarily focused on the hardware.
Overtime, we made improvements to the PCB in order to fix some reliability issues and to increase the range. We also improved the volume coming out of the device (yay!). I must say, the upgrades and fixes to the board were definitely worth it, as the new prototype is absolutely great!
Along with the board changes , we have also been busy conducting strength tests on the AirBolt and using the results to continuously improve the internal tolerances and mechanisms . We will continue to test whilst the new board arrives and as soon as that's sorted, momentum will pass onto the manufacturing aspects of the build.
Finally, as mentioned, our aim now is to really start concentrating on the software side as we are almost there in terms with the hardware. We are quite far into the development of the iPhone app with the Android side of development picking up paces. So far, it's coming together nicely and as features are introduced we continue to test them.
That's about it for now guys. The updates may seem simple but it's the little things that matter.

Hi Contributors
Now, our initial plan was to delay surveys as much as possible as often, we know people change their shipping addresses etc in the gap between collecting them and shipping. However, we also need to fully understand your colour choices, so we can plan quantities appropriately.
Hence, we decided to use BackerKit to help manage the survey process. We will send these survey's shortly
Note: As this is an "In-Demand" program, if you have just contributed, your survey will come through within 30 days after your contribution .
Here is some useful information about the process.
1. We will send an email with a special link to BackerKit surveys . It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for reward management.
2. You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go!
3. You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, finalise shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like.
4. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
5. If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. You can access the page byclicking here. PLEASE NOTE: you can make changes to your shipping address and choices only until we lock the survey out. We will lock in the survey nearer to our shipping date of August.
6. If you use your Facebook login for your Indiegogo account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account.
UPGRADES/ADD-ON'S:
We have provided you all the opportunity to be able to upgrade your pledge levels if you would like during the survey.
NOTE: The upgrade module, somehow doesn't prevent a downgrade as well. This can create some logistical problems as we are still in pre-order. Please do not select a pledge level currently lower than yours, as all it will mean, is that you you will reduce the number of AirBolts you have originally pledged for. We will not be refunding the difference if you move to a lower contribution.

Hi everyone :),
Some of you have messaged us to ask how you go about choosing a colour for the AirBolt.
Well, we will be sending surveys via email overtime, to collect the relevant choices from you. So don't worry, whether you have made your purchase or are about to make your purchase, we will definitely collect these details from you in due time .
